Unignorable Brands LLC Terms

Date: September 1, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to products, programs, services, and materials offered by Unignorable Brands LLC, including products and programs created or delivered by Krista Mollion.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, enrolling in, or using a Product or Service, you agree to these Terms.

If a particular Product or Service includes additional written terms, a proposal, statement of work, order form, or client agreement, those additional terms will also apply. If there is a conflict, the more specific written agreement will control for that Product or Service.

  1. Products and Services Covered

For purposes of these Terms:

“Products” may include, without limitation:

  • books and ebooks
  • workbooks and planners
  • calculators and assessment tools
  • templates and downloadable materials
  • courses and recorded trainings
  • videos, audio, presentations, and educational materials
  • live workshops
  • group programs
  • the FU Money Plan Cohort
  • memberships and communities
  • other digital or educational products offered by Unignorable Brands LLC

“Services” may include:

  • Revenue Audits
  • Strategic Advisory
  • consulting
  • coaching or strategic sessions
  • other professional services offered by Unignorable Brands LLC

Products and Services may change over time. The description presented at the time of purchase will apply to your purchase.

  1. Educational Purpose

FU Money Plan Products and related educational programs are designed to provide education, strategic guidance, exercises, tools, discussion, and perspectives related to topics that may include career, business, income, revenue, positioning, offers, professional decision-making, and financial preparedness.

They are intended to help you think through your own circumstances and make informed decisions.

They do not guarantee any particular result.

  1. Payment

Payment is due according to the price and payment option presented at checkout or in your individual agreement.

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

Stopping participation, failing to complete a Product or Program, or deciding not to use purchased materials does not automatically cancel an outstanding payment obligation.

For professional Services, payment terms may also be governed by a separate proposal, invoice, or client agreement.

  1. Digital Products, Books, Calculators, Courses, and Downloads

Digital Products may include ebooks, workbooks, calculators, assessments, templates, courses, recordings, downloads, and similar materials.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, your purchase is for your individual use only.

Because digital Products may be delivered immediately or made available for download or access shortly after purchase, sales may be final once access has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise or a different refund policy is expressly stated at checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring that the email address and other information used when purchasing are accurate so that Products can be delivered properly.

  1. Live Programs and Cohorts

Some Products, including the FU Money Plan Cohort, include live group sessions.

You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and participating to the extent you choose.

Missing a session does not automatically entitle you to:

  • a refund
  • partial refund
  • private replacement session
  • additional program time
  • other compensation

Program schedules, session formats, instructors, materials, platforms, or individual components may occasionally be adjusted when reasonably necessary.

Cohort Refunds and Credits

Because live cohorts have limited enrollment and reserved spaces, cohort payments are generally non-refundable once the cohort begins, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If you are unable to participate in the cohort you purchased, you may request to apply your payment as a credit toward a future FU Money Plan Cohort.

Any request for a cohort credit must be made before the purchased cohort begins.

Once a cohort has started, credits are not provided for missed sessions, partial participation, schedule conflicts, or failure to complete the program unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Professional Services

Revenue Audits, Strategic Advisory, consulting, and other professional Services may have their own scope, pricing, timeline, cancellation terms, and deliverables.

Those terms may be stated in a proposal, checkout page, invoice, statement of work, or separate agreement.

A Revenue Audit or advisory engagement provides strategic analysis and recommendations. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to implement those recommendations.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employer-employee, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or agency relationship between you and Unignorable Brands LLC or Krista Mollion.

  1. Intellectual Property and Ownership

This is the section I would make extremely clear.

All Products and related materials created or provided by Unignorable Brands LLC or Krista Mollion, including but not limited to:

  • books
  • ebooks
  • workbooks
  • calculators
  • assessments
  • frameworks
  • methodologies
  • exercises
  • worksheets
  • templates
  • presentations
  • course materials
  • recordings
  • videos
  • audio
  • graphics
  • written materials
  • program materials
  • training materials
  • proprietary processes
  • original concepts and content

remain the intellectual property of Unignorable Brands LLC and/or the applicable rights holder unless expressly stated otherwise.

Purchasing, downloading, accessing, or participating in a Product does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you.

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Product for your own individual use.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • copy or reproduce Products or materials
  • distribute or share them with another person
  • sell or resell them
  • sublicense them
  • upload them for public distribution
  • publish substantial portions online or offline
  • share purchased files, downloads, recordings, or account access
  • distribute worksheets, calculators, templates, assessments, or other proprietary materials to clients, students, colleagues, or other third parties
  • reproduce Products in whole or substantial part in another book, course, workbook, newsletter, website, program, presentation, training, or publication
  • teach FU Money Plan materials, frameworks, exercises, or methodologies as your own
  • use FU Money Plan materials to create your own course, coaching program, consulting methodology, workshop, training, book, workbook, assessment, calculator, template, or other commercial product
  • substantially adapt, repackage, rewrite, translate, or create derivative commercial materials based on FU Money Plan Products
  • claim FU Money Plan content, terminology, frameworks, methodologies, or materials as your own original work
  • remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices

You also may not upload substantial portions of proprietary Products or materials into an artificial intelligence system, knowledge base, database, model, or similar system for the purpose of reproducing, repackaging, training on, distributing, or commercially exploiting the material.

Using a Product for your own learning does not give you the right to teach, distribute, reproduce, commercialize, or build another product substantially from that material.

Sharing Is Not Permitted

A Product purchased for one person may not be shared among colleagues, clients, teams, family members, students, employees, or other individuals unless a separate license expressly permits it.

If another person wants access, they must purchase their own copy or license.

Unauthorized Use

Unignorable Brands LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Products, Programs, memberships, communities, or recordings where it reasonably believes these Terms have been materially violated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial exploitation may also result in other remedies available under applicable law.

  1. Testimonials, Feedback, Case Studies, and Results

This needs its own section rather than being buried inside “no guarantees.”

Participants and customers may voluntarily provide:

  • testimonials
  • reviews
  • survey responses
  • feedback
  • comments
  • case-study information
  • results
  • photographs
  • video
  • audio
  • other information about their experience

If you voluntarily submit material specifically for testimonial, case-study, promotional, or publication use, or separately approve its use, you give Unignorable Brands LLC and Krista Mollion permission to reproduce, publish, display, edit for length or clarity, distribute, and repurpose the approved material.

That use may include, where you have approved it:

  • websites
  • landing pages
  • sales pages
  • email
  • social media
  • presentations
  • advertising
  • courses
  • books
  • ebooks
  • workbooks
  • case studies
  • promotional and editorial materials

Approved testimonial or case-study material may be edited for spelling, grammar, formatting, length, or clarity, but will not knowingly be edited in a way that materially changes what you said or misrepresents your experience.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, compensation is not owed for the use of voluntarily submitted and approved testimonial or case-study material.

Names, Images, and Identifying Information

Simply purchasing a Product or participating in a Program does not, by itself, give Unignorable Brands LLC permission to publicly use your name, photograph, likeness, voice, employer, company name, financial information, or other identifying information in advertising or promotional materials.

Identifiable testimonials and case studies will be used when you have voluntarily provided or approved the relevant material for that purpose, subject to applicable law and any separate written release.

Anonymous and Aggregated Results

Unignorable Brands LLC may use anonymous or aggregated information about participant experiences, responses, outcomes, or trends for educational, research, business, editorial, or promotional purposes as long as individual participants are not reasonably identifiable.

⸻

  1. Live Session Recordings

Live programs, workshops, or cohort sessions may be recorded.

When a session is being recorded, your name, voice, image, comments, questions, or contributions may appear in that recording.

Recordings may be made available to authorized participants in that Product or Program for replay or educational purposes.

Participation in a recorded program does not, by itself, give Unignorable Brands LLC permission to use an identifiable recording of you in public advertising, sales materials, social media, books, or other public promotional materials.

Separate permission will be obtained before an identifiable participant recording is used publicly for those purposes.

⸻

  1. Group Confidentiality

Some Products and Programs involve group participation.

Participants may discuss businesses, careers, finances, ideas, strategies, challenges, personal circumstances, or other information during group sessions or community discussions.

You agree not to publicly disclose another participant’s confidential or identifying information without that person’s permission.

You may discuss your own experience and what you personally learned, but you may not reproduce proprietary program materials or disclose another participant’s private information.

Because group programs involve independent participants, Unignorable Brands LLC cannot guarantee that every participant will maintain confidentiality.

Please use appropriate judgment when deciding what information to share.

⸻

  1. Community and Participant Conduct

Participants in live programs, memberships, communities, and other interactive Products are expected to communicate respectfully and contribute to a professional and constructive environment.

Unignorable Brands LLC reserves the right to restrict or terminate participation where conduct is:

  • abusive
  • threatening
  • harassing
  • discriminatory
  • deliberately disruptive
  • unlawful
  • materially harmful to other participants
  • materially inconsistent with these Terms

Serious violations may result in removal without refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

⸻

  1. No Guarantee of Results

Your results depend on factors outside the control of Unignorable Brands LLC and Krista Mollion, including your circumstances, decisions, skills, experience, effort, implementation, market conditions, financial situation, and many other factors.

No specific:

  • income
  • revenue
  • profit
  • employment
  • promotion
  • career
  • business
  • client
  • investment
  • financial
  • professional
  • personal

outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Testimonials, examples, case studies, personal experiences, or financial results are examples of individual experiences only.

They should not be interpreted as promises, guarantees, or representations that you will achieve similar results.

⸻

  1. Professional Advice Disclaimer

Products and Services provided by Unignorable Brands LLC are not a substitute for individualized advice from appropriately licensed professionals.

Nothing provided should be interpreted as legal, accounting, tax, investment, securities, financial-planning, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

In particular, references to FU Money, income, savings, runway, financial risk, revenue, or financial independence are provided for educational and planning purposes.

You remain responsible for your own decisions.

Consult an appropriately qualified professional when your circumstances require individualized professional advice.

⸻

  • hire or terminate employees or contractors
  • enter into agreements
  • change your financial arrangements
  • implement a business or career strategy

remains your responsibility.

Unignorable Brands LLC does not make these decisions for you.

⸻

  1. Technology and Third-Party Services

Products and Services may use third-party providers for:

  • payments
  • email
  • video meetings
  • recordings
  • scheduling
  • file delivery
  • communities
  • course hosting
  • communications
  • analytics
  • other technology

Unignorable Brands LLC is not responsible for temporary outages, interruptions, failures, or changes caused by third-party providers or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Third-party websites, platforms, software, or services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

⸻

  1. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with Products and Services is handled in accordance with the Unignorable Brands Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Where a third-party platform is used, that provider may also process information according to its own privacy policy.

⸻

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Unignorable Brands LLC and Krista Mollion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your purchase, participation, use of Products or Services, or decisions made based on information provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Unignorable Brands LLC arising from a particular Product or Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Unignorable Brands LLC for that Product or Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

⸻

  1. Changes to Products and Services

Products, Services, platforms, instructors, features, materials, schedules, or delivery methods may occasionally be updated or changed.

Reasonable changes may be made when necessary to improve a Product, respond to circumstances outside Unignorable Brands LLC’s control, or maintain the quality or operation of a Product or Service.

Material commitments made at the time of purchase will be honored unless a change is reasonably necessary or otherwise agreed with you.

⸻

  1. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

For an existing purchase, the version of the Terms in effect when you purchased generally governs that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise or you agree to updated terms.

The current version will apply to future purchases and use of Products or Services after its effective date.

⸻

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CALIFORNIA without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be handled in the courts or other forum specified by applicable law or any separate written agreement.

⸻

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

⸻

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable checkout terms, product description, proposal, statement of work, order form, refund policy, privacy policy, or separate written agreement, constitute the agreement relating to the applicable Product or Service.
