Last updated: October 24, 2026

I. Who we are

Unignorable Brands LLC is a company registered in the United States that operates Unignorable Brands and FU Money Plan, including websites, newsletters, products, programs, and services provided by Krista Mollion.

This policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and disclose personal information when you subscribe to our emails, contact us, book a call, make a purchase, or participate in our programs and services.

Unignorable Brands LLC is responsible for the personal information it processes for these activities.

For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@unignorablebrands.co.

II. Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us. It includes:

  • Contact details: your name, email address, and other contact information you provide.
  • Professional information: your business, role, interests, goals, and answers to signup questions, surveys, or intake forms.
  • Purchase and booking information: products or services purchased, billing details, transaction records, payment status, and appointment details.
  • Communications and submissions: emails, questions, feedback, documents, and other information you choose to share.
  • Program participation: registrations, attendance, submitted exercises, and contributions to group sessions.
  • Recordings and transcripts: your display name, image, voice, questions, and other contributions when you agree to participate in a recorded session.
  • Email engagement: information supplied by our email platform about delivery, opens, and link clicks.

We receive information directly from you and through the platforms used to manage subscriptions, bookings, payments, and service delivery.

Required fields are identified on the relevant form or checkout. Without the necessary information, we may be unable to fulfil your request, deliver a purchase, or send your subscription emails. Other information is optional.

III. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Deliver products, programs, and services.
  • Process payments and maintain transaction records.
  • Schedule calls and manage registrations.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Send subscribed newsletters, resources, event invitations, and offers.
  • Tailor communications to interests or business stages you share with us.
  • Understand email engagement and improve our communications.
  • Prepare proposals, working notes, and materials relevant to client engagements.
  • Manage recordings, transcripts, summaries, and program replays.
  • Protect our services, meet legal obligations, and manage disputes.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on:

  • Contract: processing necessary to deliver an agreed service or take steps you request before entering an agreement.
  • Consent: subscribed marketing communications, recording activities where consent is requested, and other activities requiring consent.
  • Legal obligations: required accounting, tax, and other business records.
  • Legitimate interests: proportionate administration, responding to inquiries, improving communications, security, and protecting legal rights, balanced against your rights and interests.

IV. Email subscriptions and your choices

When you subscribe, we use your information to send the communications described on the signup form. These can include practical advice, resources, events, programs, and offers from Krista Mollion, Unignorable Brands, and FU Money Plan.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting hello@unignorablebrands.co.

Unsubscribing does not prevent necessary communications about an existing purchase, payment, booking, or service.

Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew it.

V. Service providers and access

We do not sell or rent your personal information or give your contact details to other businesses for their own marketing.

We use external providers to operate the business and deliver services. Our current providers include:

  • Kit: signup forms, landing pages, email delivery, and subscriber engagement information.
  • Substack: publication hosting and subscriptions.
  • Stripe: payment processing, including payments through Kit and Substack.
  • TidyCal: appointment booking.
  • Zoom: video meetings and recording or AI-assisted meeting features.
  • Fathom: call recording, transcription, and summaries.
  • Google Workspace, including Google Drive and Google Forms: business file storage, collaboration, and surveys.
  • OpenAI’s ChatGPT: assistance with tasks such as preparing proposals and organizing client information.

Providers process information relevant to the services they supply. Some also process information for their own purposes under their own privacy policies.

We may change providers as our business evolves. We will update this policy when changes materially affect how personal information is handled and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.

If we engage employees or contractors, access will be limited to their responsibilities and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

VI. Recordings, transcription, and AI tools

We ask for permission before recording calls. With permission, we use third-party recording or AI transcription services to create recordings, transcripts, notes, and summaries. The provider may vary.

We also use AI tools to assist with work such as preparing proposals from client information or call transcripts. This involves processing the information through the relevant provider.

Our current ChatGPT account has model-improvement sharing switched off. This setting does not mean that information is never processed or retained by the provider.

Permission to record a call does not, by itself, authorize public promotional use of an identifiable recording.

Cohort recordings are shared with participants enrolled in that cohort, as described in the relevant program terms. Replay arrangements for other events are explained when you register.

Other participants can see or hear information you contribute during group sessions. Please consider what you are comfortable sharing.

VII. Testimonials and feedback

We use identifiable testimonials, reviews, and case studies within the scope of permission obtained through a relevant agreement or a direct request.

That permission may cover reuse across specified marketing channels, so separate permission is not necessarily requested for each use within the agreed scope.

We seek specific approval before publicly using photographs, identifiable video or audio, financial results, or sensitive personal details.

To ask about, limit, or withdraw permission where applicable, contact hello@unignorablebrands.co. We will explain how your request affects future use and any materials already distributed, subject to your applicable rights.

VIII. Cookies and engagement tracking

Our email platform provides engagement information, including reported opens and link clicks. We use this information to understand readership and improve the relevance of our communications.

Third-party platforms used for forms, subscriptions, bookings, and payments also handle technical information under their own policies.

You can manage available privacy choices through the relevant platform and your browser. Blocking certain technologies may affect how some features work.

IX. International processing

We serve customers internationally and use providers that process information in the United States and other countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live.

Applicable data-protection requirements depend on the circumstances of that processing. You can contact hello@unignorablebrands.co for information about the providers, processing locations, and transfer arrangements relevant to your information.

X. How long we keep your information

We retain newsletter subscription information while you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. After you unsubscribe, we may retain a limited record of your opt-out to ensure you do not receive further marketing emails.

We delete routine client working files, including call recordings, transcripts, and working notes, within 12 months after the client relationship ends.

We retain records longer where necessary to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, document permissions, or provide access expressly promised with a purchase.

Ending a client relationship does not automatically unsubscribe you from newsletters you have chosen to receive.

XI. Security

We use secure business storage services and account-access controls to help protect personal information.

No online service, storage system, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

XII. Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • Access personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Receive a portable copy of information.
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
  • Complain to the data-protection authority responsible for your jurisdiction.

To make a request, email hello@unignorablebrands.co.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. We will respond within the applicable legal timeframe and explain any lawful limits on your request.

XIII. Adults only

Our products, programs, and services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

XIV. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, providers, practices, or legal obligations. The date above identifies the latest revision.

Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before introducing a materially different use of personal information.
