FU Money Plan Cohort Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or enrolling in the FU Money Plan Cohort, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Program

The FU Money Plan Cohort is a live group program provided by Unignorable Brands and led by Krista Mollion.

The program is designed to provide education, strategic guidance, exercises, discussion, and group support related to business, career, income, positioning, offers, and professional decision-making.

Participation in the program does not create an employer, employee, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or agency relationship between you and Unignorable Brands or Krista Mollion.

Payment

Payment is due according to the payment option selected at checkout.

If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of attendance, participation, or whether you complete the program.

Failure to participate in the cohort does not cancel your payment obligation.

Refunds and Cohort Credits

Because the FU Money Plan Cohort is a live program with limited enrollment, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable.

If you are unable to participate in the cohort you purchased, you may request that your payment be applied as a credit toward a future FU Money Plan Cohort.

Any request for a cohort credit must be made before your cohort begins.

Once the cohort has started, no refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions, partial participation, schedule conflicts, or failure to complete the program.

Live Sessions and Participation

The FU Money Plan Cohort includes live group sessions. You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and participating to the extent that is useful to you.

Missed sessions do not entitle you to a refund, partial refund, or additional private session.

Program schedules, session formats, materials, or specific program components may occasionally be adjusted when reasonably necessary.

Educational Purposes and No Guarantees

The FU Money Plan Cohort provides education, strategic guidance, and professional perspectives.

Your results depend on many factors outside the control of Unignorable Brands or Krista Mollion, including your decisions, circumstances, experience, effort, implementation, market conditions, and other factors.

No specific business, career, financial, revenue, income, employment, or other outcome is guaranteed.

Examples, case studies, personal experiences, testimonials, or financial results discussed during the program are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as promises of similar results.

Professional Advice Disclaimer

Nothing provided through the FU Money Plan Cohort should be considered legal, accounting, tax, investment, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and should consult an appropriately qualified professional when necessary.

Intellectual Property

All FU Money Plan materials, frameworks, worksheets, presentations, recordings, exercises, templates, written materials, and other program content provided by Unignorable Brands or Krista Mollion remain their intellectual property unless expressly stated otherwise.

Your enrollment gives you a limited right to use the materials for your personal and professional use.

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, teach, license, share, or commercially exploit program materials without prior written permission.

Group Confidentiality

The FU Money Plan Cohort is a group environment.

Participants may discuss businesses, careers, finances, ideas, challenges, strategies, and other personal or professional information during sessions.

You agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not publicly share another participant’s confidential or identifying information without their permission.

Because this is a group program, Unignorable Brands and Krista Mollion cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality. You should use appropriate judgment when deciding what information to share.

Conduct

Participants are expected to communicate respectfully and contribute to a professional and constructive group environment.

Unignorable Brands reserves the right to remove a participant whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise materially interferes with the experience of other participants.

Removal for serious violations of these expectations does not create a right to a refund.

Technology

The program may rely on third-party platforms for video meetings, communication, payments, scheduling, recordings, or distribution of materials.

Unignorable Brands is not responsible for temporary outages, technical problems, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Unignorable Brands and Krista Mollion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the FU Money Plan Cohort or decisions made based on program content.

Participants remain solely responsible for their own business, career, financial, and professional decisions.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version in effect when you purchase your cohort enrollment will apply to your participation.

By purchasing the FU Money Plan Cohort, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
