Life, Work, and Income by Design helps you compare your options against your skills, income needs, responsibilities and available time. You’ll develop clear priorities and a practical 12-month FU Money Plan.
You don’t need an offer, paying clients or an audience. You do need relevant skills, professional experience or an existing business we can work from.
Develop and sell a service
You have skills people could pay for and want to earn through consulting, freelancing or another service.
Build Your Services Business helps you develop your offer, set your pricing, approach potential buyers and begin building experience with your own paying clients.
You don’t need previous independent clients. You do need relevant skills you can use to deliver useful work.
Build intellectual property from your client experience
You’ve independently sold and delivered relevant work to multiple paying clients over time. Now you want to develop original material from what you’ve learned.
Build Your Intellectual Property helps you develop your point of view, create an initial structure and useful sample, choose a monetization model and test one focused project. That could be a book, newsletter, toolkit, signature talk, program or another suitable format.
Corporate experience alone or an untested idea does not meet the entry requirement. The sprint focuses on a first version and commercial testing, rather than promising a completed book, established audience or revenue.
Grow sales of an offer that already sells
You have one offer you’ve already sold and delivered to paying customers. Now you want to reach more buyers and grow its sales.
Market, Launch & Sell helps you develop your buyer acquisition plan, improve your sales process and follow-up, and prepare your next launch or campaign around your existing offer and delivery capacity.
An idea, waitlist or free beta does not qualify. If you want to turn a service into a new course or product, that new offer needs development and testing before you bring it here.

You’ll apply the material to your own situation and receive guidance and feedback within the group format. Private one-on-one sessions and implementation done for you are not included.

Need marketing help for your company?
I take on selected marketing advisory and consulting projects for companies generating at least $500,000 in annual revenue, with project budgets starting at $5,000.
Projects can include newsletter funnels, go-to-market plans, LinkedIn or content strategy, and brand collaborations.
Company engagements are flat-fee and project-based. Private FU Money coaching is a separate service, purchased independently of the group programs and subject to availability.
